Bardolino Chiaretto Zenato
Bardolino Chiaretto is produced in the zone overlooking the southeast coast of Garda lake, between Bardolino and Peschiera and it is obtained from 65% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 10% Molinara grapes. The pinkish colour comes from fermentation with contact with red wine grapes. The harvested grapes, after destemming, are left to macerate for some hours before soft pressing. Fermentation in tanks follows at controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Intense coral pink colour. Strong personality offering notes of raspberry and black currant with grassy undertones that are mirrored harmoniously on the palate. It is delicate and balanced, as well as acidic with a strong almond aftertaste.
