Primevo Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC
Primevo Lambrusco di Sorbara by Villa di Corlo winery is made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, which are cultivated in the Secchia district, near Bastiglia (MO). The wine macerates on the skins for 2-3 days and then refines about 1 month in the bottle.
In the glass the color is that of intense ruby rosé. The distinctly vinous perfume, floral like a violet. Dry, sapid, full bodied and slightly tannic flavour. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS
It pairs well with cured meats, especially prosciutto and culatello, pasta dishes with meat sauces, red meats and cherry pies.
