Norie Negroamaro Salento IGT
Norie by Vigneti Reale is a pure Negroamaro from the "prince" of the renewed Salento grape wine culture. It is an easy-drinking wine, elegant and very versatile according to the new international flavours. The process starts with red vinification and maceration on the skins for 5-6 days with the must, at a temperature of 28-30 °C. Careful control of malolactic fermentation determines a good softness and biological stability, which guarantees the qualitative durability.
Ruby red colour with orange hues which tend to worsen with age. The scent is vinous, intense, wide and persistent in the mouth. Warm, velvety, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. We suggest to serve it at 16-18 °C, opening the bottle at least one hour before serving.
