Valpolicella DOC Farina
Farina's Valpolicella DOC is a young and renowned red wine, which reflects the aromas and flavours of Valpolicella thanks to its blending: 45% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella, 5% Molinara grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and after a first roller crushing and destemming, the bunches are left to ferment at a temperature of 25 °C with selected yeasts and pumping over alternating with délestages for a perfect extraction of colour and perfumes, keeping the maximum elegance, without removing freshness from the final wine. The obtained wine is first refined in stainless steel and subsequently in the bottle.
Bright ruby red colour. It is fruity and delicate on the nose, with fresh and inebriating hints of sour-cherry, plum and raspberry. On the palate it is dry but velvety and well balanced, with a pleasant soft, harmonious and enchanting flavour. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
