Cabernet Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Tramin
The Cabernet Sauvignon of Tramin winery is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes coming from the vineyards around the estate, which stretch over hillside contiguous to the mountain. The grapes are destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 28 °C in steel containers, in which malolactic fermentation takes place, while the wine is aged in small used barriques.
Tramin's Cabernet Sauvignon has a brilliant red colour. Medium body, sprinkles red fruits notes and slightly spicy scents on the nose. The taste is full and enveloping with good texture, mixed to black currant and green pepper notes. We recommend serving it at 18-20 °C.
