Valpolicella Classico BIO Speri
The wine Valpolicella Classico of Speri winery is a young, immediate red wine, which retains the essence of the earth from which it was cultivated. Made from Corvina veronese 60%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 10% grapes, cultivated in Speri's estates situated in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica area, in the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano, Fumane and Negrar. The grapes are harvested by hand and soft pressed before that fermentation takes place with 8-days of maceration at controlled temperature (20-24 °C) in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks. The must is moved in concrete tanks for the completion of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, followed by bottling.
This wine is certified BIO-ORGANIC.
Ruby red color with violet reflections and intense vinous bouquet with hints of violet and cherry. Medium body fruity wine to be enjoyed young. We suggest to serve it at 16-18 °C.
