Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Sirch
Sirch's Ribolla Gialla is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes from Colli Orientali del Friuli. Here the Mediterranean climate, sometimes continental, ensures constant ventilation with sensitive temperature range that condition and enhance the grape varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed by refinement on the fine lees for a period of between 4 and 6 months, with frequent batonnage.
NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE
Straw-yellow colour tending to greenish undertones. Fruity aromas of apricot and citrus fruits, together with delicate hints of yellow flowers. In its simplicity, this Ribolla Gialla delicately manifests a slight spicy and unmistakably fresh scent. We suggest serving it at 10-12 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS
Sirch's Ribolla Gialla pairs well with fish dishes, pasta dishes with fresh and light sauces such as "pesto alla genovese", cold appetizers with lemon sauce, soups and pasta dishes with vegetables, creamy and velvety sauces.
