Poggio della Costa Grechetto Civitella d'Agliano IGT BIO is a white wine from Lazio produced by Sergio Mottura winery and obtained from 100% Grechetto grapes, grown in the Poggio della Costa vineyard, located in Civitella d'Agliano (VT). After a soft crushing, the pressed grapes ferment at controlled temperatures and age in stainless steel for about 6 months. The wine completes its aging in the bottle for further 2 months.
Poggio della Costa has an intense straw yellow colour. Its parfume is ample, exciting, recalling of white fruits on a light floral background. The taste is warm and persistent, with good structure and a long and slightly tannic finish. Excellent correspondence between nose and palate. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
