Ribolla Gialla Venezie IGT Scarbolo
Scarbolo's Ribolla Gialla is a fresh and naïve monovarietal white wine, but at the same time exceptional in its aristocratic vivacity. Proudly simple but not ordinary, Ribolla Gialla is the symbol of white grape varieties in Friuli Venezia Giulia. After a careful manual harvest, the whole bunches are softly crushed and the must is cooled, thus obtaining a first cleaning of the juice through static decantation, which allows a natural separation of the vinification residues. The must ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and refines in the same containers with frequent bâtonnages.
The wine has a straw yellow colour. It expresses delicate floral aromas of white rose and acacia flowers. In the mouth it is delicate, but with excellent structure and a persistent and crunchy freshness. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 12 °C.
