Umbria Rosso IGT Scacciadiavoli
This Umbrian red wine produced by Scacciadiavoli winery is made with mainly Sangiovese grapes and a small percentage of Merlot. The harvest is carried out with ripe grapes between mid-September and mid-October. After a short fermentation in steel for about 10 days, the wine ages in steel tanks for 6-8 months and continues in the bottle for at least another 6 months before being sold.
Ruby red colour with light garnet hues and deep aromas of ripe red fruit, in particular cherry and small red fruits. It is a fresh and fruity red to drink immediately ripe fruit. We suggest serving it at 18-19 °C.
