Cabernet Colli Berici DOC
Pegorar's Cabernet is a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are harvested and selected by hand at the end of September. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with long-term maceration. After fermentation / maceration, the wine rests in steel barrels for about 9 months.
Pegoraro's Cabernet has a deep ruby red colour. On the nose there are intense fruity scents of blackberry and cherry, mixed to typical but delicate vegetal notes. Enchanting taste with elegant tannins and particular finish, rich in fruity notes. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
