Le Coste Dolcetto d'Alba DOC
Le Coste Dolcetto d'Alba DOC by Michele Chiarlo is obtained from 100% Dolcetto grapes. The wine ferments in steel with maceration with the skins for 7-8 days at 27-28 °C.
Ruby red colour with brilliant violet hues. The bouquet is fruity, with notes of cherry, blackberry and plum and it mixes to more floral essences like violet and almond flowers in the background. Good harmony and fresh tasting, accompanied by an pleasant and inviting almaìond aftertaste. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 17-18 °C.
