Garganega Verona IGT
Garganega by Massimago winery is a white wine made of Garganega 100% grapes, coming from Monte Bianco vineyard, a small Cru of 1200 plants of 60 years. The grapes are harvested by hand and after soft pressing, they ferments in steel for 10 days. The wine ages in steel and French tonneaux for about 5 months.
The limestone soil of the vineyard gives life to a golden wine, with slight floral notes of chamomile, iris and fresh fruits. In the mouth , it is elegant and full-bodied with good acidity, which gives it a persistent and mineral finish. The perfumes reach great balance, longevity and its minerality surprises every expectation and make this white a definitely stylish wine. We recommend serving it fresh at 12 °C.
