Prosecco Treviso DOC Brut Masottina
Prosecco Treviso DOC Brut produced by Masottina is made from 100% Glera grapes grown around the province of Treviso. The harvest is carried out in September and, after a first fermentation at a controlled temperature by selected yeasts, the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave, at a low temperature. The wine completes its aging in bottle for about 1 month.
This Prosecco Treviso DOC has a pale straw yellow colour with faint jade undertones. The nose is elegant, fresh and sincere. Reminiscent of citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, mandarin and cedar. Clear hints of apple, fresh and sweet. Finish his story with slight notes of mint and fresh almond. In the mouth it is fresh, lively, enveloping, alive with nuances of citrus that shine with an almost fragrant freshness. Long, persistent in its harmony, mottled with a tenuous sapidity. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS
The silky softness and lively fruity freshness make this Prosecco ideal as aperitif, as well as in combination with dishes based on fish and shellfish.

Masottina means discovering the strong and authentic bond that has existed for over seventy years between the Dal Bianco family and the amazing hills of Conegliano, which are a unique context for solis and microclimate characteristics and for its symbolic wine. Making wine in these hills means expressing a feeling of concrete belonging and strong identity with this territory.
