Entu Isola dei Nuraghi IGT
Entu Isola dei Nuraghi IGT is a Sardinian red wine produced by Masone Mannu winery in the area of Su Canale, in Monti, in the province of Sassari. It is a great red wine, fruit of three traditional grapes grown in the particular granitic soil of Monti, which is ideal not only for the production of whites, but also for fresh and savory reds. The grape harvest is carried out carefully by hand between the end of September and the first half of October. In the cellar, after destimming and crushing, the pressed grapes macerate for about 15-20 days with frequent punching downs, fermenting in steel at controlled temperatures. Entu is transferred into first and second passage barriques, for malolactic fermentation and a first ageing of 12 months. It completes its refinement in the bottle for another 6 months.
It has an intense ruby red colour with light garnet undertones. The bouquet is elegant, characterized by intense fruity notes of ripe red fruits with fine balsamic and woody scents in the background. The mouth reveals agile freshness, thanks to soft structure and good balance with a harmonious and silky tannic texture. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.

Chosen for you
Masone Mannu is one of the most important wineries in Gallura, located a few kilometers from Olbia (Sardinia), immersed in an extraordinary landscape of cork oaks, rivers, lakes and woods of Mediterranean scrub. The ancient Logudorese name "Masone Mannu" means "great property", which in fact extends over almost 100 hectares, of which about 20 are planted with specialized vineyards. It is a fairly young company, but it has immediately shown an excellent qualitative path.
