In 2014, Lamberto Frescobaldi carps the secret of a highly potential territory such as the one in Maremma, where the Amamiraglia estate stands, studying how to produce an excellent rosé, in a land dedicated mainly to reds. Here the vineyards benefit from the proximity of the sea, and it is the name, Alìe nymph of water, a symbol of sensuality and beauty that brings us to taste a refined conjunction between Vermentino and Syrah grapes.
An elegant rosé with light, pure color, with soft accents of velvety fishing. Fruity and intense, the nose comes with an immediate freshness that leaves the pitch to smells of ripe and juicy fruit. The aromas of citrus peels with hints of black cherry and white melon blend into a delicate texture with mineral minerals typical of the area and give a long, rich finish. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 12-14 ° C.
