Trentodoc Cuvée Blanche
The vineyards of the winery are located in areas with inimitable landscaping, territorial and climatic units such as the low Vallagarina and in particular the enclave of Borghetto all'Adige, with a vocation and a millennial winemaking history. With these premises, Cuvèe Blanche produced by Letrari represents a fresh ready-to-drink Trentodoc, which recalls tasty scents and fresh sapidity on the palate.
Bright and golden in its colour, Cuvée Blanche expresses a delicate floral texture of verbena and green apple cloves, with cedar aromatic traces and a curious laurel touch. Thanks to Letrari's mastery in winemaking, this Trentodoc is surprising for the elegance of a precise, straight, armonious sip, well-balanced in the usual creaminess of Chardonnay taste. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS
Unique in its kind, this Trentodoc pairs with all your lunches and dinners. Ideally, it would be an opening bubble and, therefore, it is perfect to combine with appetizers and entrées.
The Letrari winery was founded in 1976 by expert enologist Leonello Letrari and his wife Maria Vittoria, however the Letrari family dates back to 1647 and has been making wine for centuries. Leonello was born on the family estate in Borgetto all'Adige, a locality that is on what was once the frontier between the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Italian Kingdom. Today, Borgetto al Adige sits between the modern regions of Veneto and Trentino-Alto-Adige. The enthusiasm for fine wine production has been passed down from Leonello and Maria Vittoria to their daughter Lucia.
