Elo Veni Negroamaro
Elo Veni is an excellent Negroamaro wine produced by Leone de Castris winery. Negroamaro grape variety is now definitively affirming worldwide and this label is an excellent example of the high quality of the vine. After being crushed and destimmed, the Negroamaro grapes are macerated in large stainless steel tanks for about 7 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is refined in steel for a period of 3 months and a further 2 months in the bottle.
It has a bright red colour. Nose comes with spicy notes of cloves, pepper and red fruits. In the mouth you enjoy a fresh and soft taste, rich in pulp. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
