Grillo Sicilia DOC Tola
Tola's Grillo owes its name to the ancient native Sicilian vine, produced in the Bosco Falconiera Estate owned by the winery. After careful manual harvesting, the grapes are subjected to destemming and cold maceration on the skins at a temperature of about 4 °C. A soft pressing of the grapes follows and fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks and subsequent refinement in the bottle.
This Grillo has a brilliant yellow colour. It is a fresh wine with strong aromas of citrus and peach, with an interesting mineral finish. Serve at a temperature of 9 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS
