Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato
This is the first Prosecco DOCG to be rewarded with the World Biodiversity Association certification, which is a reward promoted by a group of naturalists, botanists, zoologists and simple enthusiasts of nature engaged in knowledge and conservation of biodiversity in Italy and all around the world. Villa Sandi is the winery producing all prosecco wines under the brand "La Gioiosa". They believe in this project somuch that devoted an important area of their exclusive vineyards, in the heart of DOCG, for the production of proseccos that strictly respect all the guidelines required by the association.
Pale straw colour, timid but great potential. Fresh and dry, this sparkling wine shows all its pleasantly fruity notes in the galss. Well-balanced tasting and harmonious finish, followed by a sweet floral scents on the palate. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C.

This stunning prosecco is the perfect companion of marinated fish, together with all dishes made of spontaneous or wild herbs. It also pairs wonderfully with savory pies or fillet with capers and anchovies.
