Massovivo Vermentino Toscana IGT
Yellow stones characterize the territory of Frescobaldi's Ammiraglia Estate, and the name of this Vermentino "Massovivo" originates from these stones coming out from the sea. This Vermentino is surprising for its floral notes of candied fruit, as well as its intriguing minerality, typical of the area. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out and the wine refines in stainless steel for about 4 months, before aging another month in the bottle.
This wine shows an intense straw yellow color with topaz undertones. Its aroma is fresh, with scents of fresh and candied citrus, pear, honey and fresh almonds. In the mouth it is fresh and tasty, but the freshness is supported by a solid body.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS
It combines perfectly with fish, shellfish, pies and pasta dishes with vegetables.
