Piancastello Trentodoc Rosé Riserva Millesimato
Piancastello Rosé Riserva Millesimato by Endrizzi winery is a very pleasant Trentodoc Metodo Classico sparkling wine, made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It is cultivated in a tilted terraced vineyard near the Castle of Monreale - Königsberg, with old vines and clones selected for the traditional method and growned using the guyot method. After a manual harvest, the grapes ferment partly in barriques and partly in steel. The method used for the second fermentation is the traditional method used by Trentodoc. The wines ages on yeasts at least 48 months, in order to obtain the right elegance. The "dosage" is minimal, in order not to alter the characteristics naturally conferred by the very favorable environmental factors, by the time and by a particularly accurate craftsmanship.
Pale pink colour, lively and brilliant. Fine and elegant, minute and continuous perlage. The taste is lively and extremely personal, and embodies the essence of a refined femininity. A unique, modern and classy bouquet. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
