The grapes are harvested in the second decade of October, pressed and immediately cooled to 10 °C for 4-6 hours. After soft pressing with static decantation, the fermentation takes place in steel vats at 14-16 °C for 15 days.
This Fiano di Avellino DOCG has a bright yellow colour with greenish hues. The bouquet is delicate, composed of notes of hazelnut, dried fruit and floral aromas of acacia, magnolia and hawthorn flowers. Tropical background. In the mouth the wine is dry, warm, soft, velvety, striking for its great pleasure in drinking it. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 12-14 °C.
