Rosso di Rosso Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon
"Rosso di Rosso" is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, produced by the Diesel Farm, the winery owned by the Italian designer Mr. Renzo Rosso. The farm, which counts about 102 hectares of vineyards, follows the dictates of an eco-sustainable viticulture, in full compliance with the environment, approaching the world of organic farming and maintaining everyday high quality and style standards.
The grapes are grown in the estate, located in Marostica (Veneto), and are strictly harvested by hand, usually towards the second and third decades of September. After destemming, the must ferments in wood and ageing in barriques for about 17 months.
Very intense colour. Very intense and clean to the nose, characterized by notes of tomato leaves and pepper. In the mouth it is a wine with great structure and concentration, with great freshness and good acidity. In general an important wine, very pleasant to drink because of the balance and harmony between olfactory and taste sensations. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
