Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Brut Millesimato De Stefani
The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Millesimato of De Stefani winery is made from Glera grapes, cultivated in Colvendrame estate, which is on the hills of Refrontolo, between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the "Denominazione di Origine Controllata" (DOC) area for Prosecco.
The wide temperature changes between day and night create an ideal microclimate that gives the wine a characteristic refinement, a pleasant freshness and an intense aroma of golden apple and acacia flowers.
After destemming and crashing of the grapes, the must ferments at a controlled temperature and the second fermentation is carried out with the "Italian Method" in pressured tanks. Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Millesimato has a fine and persistent perlage, light straw yellow colour, with greenish hues, fruity bouquet with intense scents of golden apple and acacia flowers, medium body, smooth, with a great personality. We suggest you to serve the wine at a temperature of 5-6 °C.
