Fagher Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Brut is undoubtedly the most modern Prosecco of Le Colture winery, know for its great international success. The harvest of GLera grapes is carried out from mid-September to around October. The 100% Glera grapes are brought to the cellar for a soft crushing, followed by fermentation of the must without skins at controlled temperatures. The second fermentation takes placeon the basis of the Charmat method (in autoclave), under controlled temperature.
This Prosecco Brut is straw-yellow in colour and the most immediate characteristic is the inviting sweetness of the aromas: rich hints of citrus and fresh flowers, often accompanied by a pleasant note of bread, combined with a beautiful and lively energy of flavours. The fine perlage ensures persistence and clean finish. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 7-9 °C.
