Grechetto Umbria IGT Còlpetrone
Còlpetrone's Grechetto Umbria IGT is a fresh and versatile white wine, made from hand-picked Grechetto and Chardonnay grapes. After a soft pressing, the must is subjected to cold settling, followed by fermentation at temperatures between 12 and 15 °C in stainless steel tanks. Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine remains in steel in contact with its finest lees for a period of about 3 months.
It has an intense straw yellow colour. A very floral and intense bouquet opens to the nose, recalling floral notes of hawthorn and broom. In the mouth it shows good sapidity. We suggest serving it at a temperature between 10 and 12 °C.
Grechetto Umbria IGT goes very well with fish dishes but also with white meat or medium-aged cheese.
