Bottega Vinai Teroldego Rotaliano DOC
Bottega Vinai Teroldego Rotaliano DOC is produced by Cavit and it expresses the full potential of the main variety from Trentino: Teroldego. The grapes are grown in Campo Rotaliano, north of Trento and near the town of Mezzolombardo. This is the most suitable area for Teroldego cultivation. The winemaking process involves 8-10 days of maceration in stainless steel tanks, before refinement partly in barriques and partly in Slavonian oak barrels, that usually lasts only 6 months, in order to preserve the typical fruity notes of this grape.
Bottega Vinai Teroldego Rotaliano DOC has an intense ruby-red colour, with lively and vivid purple hues when young. The bouquet is finely aromatic, characterized by fruity hints of raspberry, blackberry and wild berries. Thanks to the ageing, the aromas are enriched by ethereal sensations. In the mouth it reveals a well-balanced tannic structure and a long and persistent finish. It is velvety, enveloping, full-bodied and austere. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.

Chosen for you
The characteristics of Trentino region make it an absolutely unique part of the Italian peninsula: the region is relatively small and is the ideal combination of microclimates and terrains which are very different but which co-exist in perfect harmony. And these differences are at the heart of the region's rich and varied wine production.
