Frascati Superiore Bianco DOCG Castel de Paolis
Frascati Superiore DOCG is a dry white wine from Lazio produced by Castel de Paolis winery and made from 70% Malvasia del Lazio, 30% Trebbiano, Bombino and Bellone grapes. The grapes come from vineyards of volcanic origin, composed of tuff soils. After the harvest, the grapes ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C for about 8-10 days.
Frascati Superiore DOCG has a golden yellow colour. Intense and persistent aromas of tropical and white fruit scents with a mineral note in the background. In the mouth it is distinguished by the tasty roundness and softness of the sip, sapid, of remarkable body. Long aromatic persistence on the finish. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 12 °C.
