Moscato d'Asti DOCG Cascina Giovinale
Cascina Giovinale's Moscato d'Asti is a sweet wine made from Moscato Bianco grapes. Once fully ripe, the grapes are harvested - usually the first ten days of September - ready for vinification. After a soft pressing and separation-filtration of the must from the skins, it is fermented in an autoclave at a controlled temperature reaching 5.5 alcohol Vol., followed by bottling.
Cascina Giovinale's Moscato d'Asti is straw-yellow in colour. Great and intense bouquet, typical of the vine: from hints of aromatic herbs such as sage, to ripe tropical fruit. Sweet taste. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 8 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS

Chosen for you
Cascina Giovinale is an old farmhouse already mentioned in the chronicles of the late nineteenth century, which inspired Anna and Bruno Ciocca, both "nicesi" and with a great love for the territory. Anna and Bruno decide prodcing high quality wines exclusively with grapes of their own vineyards, enhancing their characteristics and identity. Thus, in the '80s, the farm was founded, with 7 hectares of vineyards and a winery in Nizza Monferrato, on the top of the San Nicolao hill.
