Falanghina Campania IGT Casa D'Ambra
Casa D'Ambra Vini d'Ischia Falanghina is a white wine from Campania produced from 100% Falanghina grapes, grown in the Benevento hills. After careful selection of the best grapes, the grapes are transported in small crates at low temperatures to Casa D'Ambra wine-making facilities. Winemaking process involves a soft crushing of the grapes and cold decanting of the must before alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged briefly in steel tanks before bottling.
It has a straw yellow colour with pale green undertones. The aroma is intense, composed by notes of white flowers, among which stand out hawthorn and linden flowers. The taste is dry, characterized by an excellent harmony between softness and freshness. Persistent minerality. We suggest serving this wine at a temperature of 12-14 °C.
