Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Casa Bianca
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry sprakling wine produced by Casa Bianca comes from the Valdobbiadene hilles and the Extra Dry version is recognized as the most known and appreciated of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG classification. After the harvest in September, the grapes are softly crushed and ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of about 15 °C for twenty days.
This Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is characterized by beautiful notes of fresh fruit, which in the Prosecco are, above all, apple and pear, but also fragrant floral notes. In the mouth it is enchanting and soft, thanks to the sugary level which is not too much, being able to preserve excellent freshness and drinkability, given precisely by the soils of the limestone hills where this bubble comes from. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
