Robeo Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT
Robeo Cabernet Sauvignon DOCG of Carus Vini winery is a wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After a smooth pressing, it's stored in small steel vats under controlled temperature and ferments for 15 days. The following maceration lastes 20 days and, after wine-racking, the wine completes the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. After being moved to other oak barrels, it remains 6 months on its dregs with weekly “remuage”.
Robeo Cabernet Sauvignon DOCG has a deep ruby with violet reflections. Rich, elegant, with notes of ripe fruit berries linked to notes of graphite, vanilla, tobacco and cocoa; Deep and elegant with marked tannins the palate giving unique sensations.
