Fondo Filara Frappato BIO e vegan di Cantine Nicosia è un vino rosso della linea "Fondo Filara", ovvero vini monovarietali prodotti dalle più pregiate varietà siciliane provenienti dalle aree più adatte per la loro coltivazione, fra Etna, Vittoria, Sicilia orientale e Sicilia occidentale. Dopo la vendemmia manuale, il mosto macera a freddo per 24 ore e fermenta per circa 10-15 giorni a temperatura controllata (22-24 °C). Il vino affina in vasche d’acciaio inox e 1-2 mesi in bottiglia.


Il Frappato Fondo Filara di presenta di colore rosso rubino con vivaci riflessi violacei. Colpisce per la fragrante piacevolezza dei suoi profumi di frutta rossa fresca, more e mirtilli, mentre al palato si distingue per vivacità e morbidezza. Suggeriamo di servirlo ad una temperatura di 13-15 °C.


Fondo Filara Frappato BIO e vegan di Cantine Nicosia è un ottimo vino rosso biologico e vegano da abbinare a piatti di pasta al pomodoro e verdure in agrodolce, o con la classica pizza napoletana; può rivelarsi anche una valida alternativa ai vini bianchi per accompagnare piatti di pesce particolarmente saporiti.

Cantine Nicosia

Cantine Nicosia was founded in 1898 by Francesco Nicosia, great-grandfather of the current owner, who opened a wine shop in Trecastagni, on the eastern side of Etna. Golden times for the Etna wine, that was already known and appreciated throughout Europe for its mineral strength and its "volcanic" personality.
