Albrizzi Salento Rosso IGT
Albrizzi is a Salento IGT red wine produced by Due Palme winery. It is an unusual blend, as tasty, born by chance in the cellar and then proved to be successful, able to skillfully combine the typicality of Primitivo grapes with the international flavour of Cabernet Sauvignon. A magical mix, from which unique organoleptic characteristics arise. The grapes are harvested manually in September and vinified separately in steel. Once assembled, the wine ages for about 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
Albrizzi has a dark ruby red color. The nose explodes in hints of blueberries, black currants, blackberries and sour cherries. In the mouth it presents a balsamic note rich in spicy tertiary aromas, allowing itself to be appreciated for the pleasant grassiness of the Cabernet, as well as the soft elegance and solidity of the Primitivo, fused in a wine with a great body and a pleasant and warm fruit. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
