Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato is a Prosecco produced by Biancavigna winery and is made from 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Bianco grapes between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. After a manual harvest in September, the grapes are softly crushed, subjected to static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, in contact with noble lees. Following the Martinotti-Charmat method, the wine is refermented in autoclave at controlled temperature for about 75 days. It refines another 2 months in the bottle.


This Prosecco Extra Dry has a straw yellow colour with greenish undertones; very fine and persistent perlage. The fruity aromas express golden apple and pear notes, while in the mouth you can easily taste an excellent balance between the sweetness and fresh vivacity of the acid notes. Very pleasant and persistent finish. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C in tulip crystal glasses to enhance its aromas and perlage.


Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Millesimato by Biancavigna is a sparkling wine for all occasions, thanks to the rather low sugar residue, about 17 g/l: to drink with friends as an aperitif or pairing it with vegetable-based dishes, fresh cheese and especially seafood and shellfish.




Biancavigna winery was born on the hills of Conegliano, in Pieve di Soligo. It is here that this family-business gives life to high-quality Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco sparkling wines, capable of becoming a spokesman for a territory, its aromas and flavours, but also for its history and tradition. It all began with the paternal grandfather Genesio who continued to cultivate the family vineyards, a tradition inherited from the great-grandfather Luigi since the early twentieth century.
