In the Cilento National Park, in areas never touched by intensive farming, San Salvatore1988 winery takes care of the earth by following its vocations. This wine is made from 100% Fiano grapes grown in Porconero Estate, in Giungano. Manual harvesting in small boxes. The grapes are de-stimmed, dirasped and criomacerated at 4 °C for 6 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature, it is refined for 6 months on its fine lees.
This Fiano from Cilento is a delicate white wine, with light straw yellow colour with greenish undertones. Floral bouquet; in the mouth is slightly fruity. We suggest serving it at 8-10 °C.

San Salvatore 1988
Our company was founded in the heart of the Cilento National Park , an ancient land , rich in history and tradition, never touched by intensive agriculture . The winery is located in the same area where the Ancient Greeks began the colonization of Magna Grecia and where for the first time brought Aglianico , Fiano and Greco grapes. Their vineyards were located in the same places where nowadays are located ours.
Our philosophy is to produce wines respecting the nature and traditions and in our products carry the history and flavors of this land.
