Domini Trento DOC Brut Millesimato
This is a bottle of great Metodo Classico Trentodoc Millesimato sparkling wine, long refined on yeasts, whose intriguing scents and aromas enhance its territorial recognition. Chardonnay grapes selected for this high quality sparkling wine are vinified in white, according to the traditional method, with soft crushing and first fermentation in steel. Second fermentation on selected yeasts for at least 70 months.
It has an intense straw yellow colour with golden undertones. Fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is intense, ending with ripe yellow pulp fruit, candied cedar and cooked apple, leaving space in time to pleasurable notes of evolutionary complexity, which are typical of Chardonnay grapes. In the mouth it is soft and well-balanced; ripe apple and candied citrus melt on the palate in a creamy and persistent embrace, accompanied by pleasant notes of toasted hazelnut and sweet almond. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
FOOD MATCHING SUGGESTIONS
The long aging on the yeasts gives this wine complexity which, accompanied by a pleasant softness, makes it easy to combine with the most varied dishes, from the first pasta dishes with tasty sauces, to the second courses of white meats ... but for those who dare to dine we recommend trying it with a Florentine steak.
ABATE NERO The name evokes the figure of a French abbot, but it is actually a traditional sparkling wine characteristic of the Trentino region.
