Radice Cannonau di Sardegna DOC is a Sardinian red wine produced by Viticoltori Romangia cooperative and made from 100% Cannonau grapes grown in Romangia, in north-western Sardinia, around the municipalities of Sorso and Sennori. The vineyards are very close to the sea, right in front of the Asinara Gulf and the grapes are carefully selected before the winemaking process. Radice is a young, sincere, clear and fruity red wine.


Radice Cannonau has ruby-​​red in colour tending to garnet. The nose espresses intense aromas of ripe red fruit, especially blackberries and plums, combined with more spicy nuances in the background. Round and well-balanced, sapid and slightly tannic while tasting. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 18-20 °C.


Radice Cannonau di Sardegna DOC by Viticoltori Romangia is a Sardinian red wine that goes well with red meat and aged cheese such as Sardinian Pecorino. Try it with the roast.

Viticoltori Romangia is a cooperative company founded in 1996 in Sardinia, to collect and revive the winemakers of Romangia, especially around Sorso and Sennori municipalities (north-west of Sassari). Romangia is an area particularly suited for viticulture and its name originates from the word "Romània", with which the Romans defined the conquered territories, while all the others were called "Barbària" (from which the current "Barbargia" originates).

Carefully selecting the best Italian wines, starting from an accurate choice of the wine makers that have been able to create a quality product with their passion and hard work, we are able to provide you an excellent wine.
