Ghiareto Pignoletto DOC Spumante Extra Dry
The wine Ghiareto Pignoletto Extradry of Villa Corlo winery is a sparkling wine, made from 100% Grechetto Gentile grapes, grown in the area of Sozzigalli Soliera (MO), nearby Secchia river. Aftter a first fermentation under controlled temperature, the had-harvested grapes re-ferments in stainless steel autoclave, following the Martinotti method, at low temperatures for more than 9 months. Depending on the vintage, the wine is stored for about two years.
Ghiareto Pignoletto Extradry sparkling wine has a light bright yellow, with fine perlage and persistent. On the nose, there are aromas of fruit and white flowers, bread crust. It shows a soft, persistent and enchanting flavor. We suggest to serve this wine at 6-8 °C.
