Elettra Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Metodo Classico Brut Rosè
Elettra is a Lambrusco Metodo Classico produced by Villa di Corlo winery from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, grown in the Modena plain in Sozzigalli di Soliera, in the banks of the Secchia river. Once the grapes arrive in the cellar, they are immediately crushed softly, without being destimmed. Only the flower must is used, to obtain a finer color and perfume. Once the must is clean, the obtained wine ferments at low temperatures.
Elettra Lambrusco has a bright pink color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose shows light aromas of bread crust and white fruits. In the mouth the taste is dry, firm and fresh. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
