Blauburgunder Pinot Nero Tramin
Blauburgunder Pinot Nero grapes cultived by Tramin winery come from vineyards that extend on mountain hills, at an altitude between 350 and 450 m above sea level, on limestone soils of clayey and gravelly shape. The grapes, which are harvested by hand and places in small boxes, are moved to the cellar, where they continue to macerate at a controlled temperature of 26 °C, with daily pumping over of the must, to increase the release of substances from the skins. Fermentation and aging in French barriques, large oak barrels and, partially, in stainless steel vats.
It has a ruby red colour with slight garnet nuances, has the fresh and catchy scent of small berries. The taste is very harmonious, with a beautiful fruity tannic structure, full of taste and end to the palate. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
