Valpolicella DOC Tommasi
Tommasi Viticoltori is one of the leading high-quality Venetian wineries and it has specialized for many years in the production of Valpolicella and Amarone, becoming an ambassador in the world. This Valpolicella DOC represents a perfect example. The grapes that make up this wine originate in the Valpolicella area. This is an assembly of 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 10% Molinara grapes. The vinification process involves 12 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 4 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
Tommasi's Valpolicella is ruby red colour, very fresh and fruity, with delicate notes of cherry. Pleasant on the palate with hints of fresh red fruits. Balanced and gentle tasting that fascinates the palate. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 17-18 °C.
