Titolato Morellino di Scansano DOCG
Titolato Morellino di Scansano DOCG is a Tuscan red wine produced by Tenute Guicciardini Strozzi in Poggio Moreto estate (Scansano). The harvest of Sangiovese grapes, which make up this red wine, is carried out by hand with careful selection of the grapes directly in the vineyard. The wine making process starts with 10-days grapes maceration in contact with their skins and at a controlled temperature. To preserve the fragrance and the typical aromas of Tuscan Sangiovese, the obtained wine is refined exclusively in the bottle.
Bright ruby red colour with an intense, vinous aroma, togheter with red fruit and blackberries hints. Good structure on the palate, with ruvid tannins but elegant at the same time and a long persistence in the finish. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
