Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Sirch
Nature has created a magic in the area of Friuli Colli Orientali, creating marly hilly soils where vineyards are subject to microclimatic variables that are the result of an inimitable connetion between Adriatic Sea's breezes and the fresh winds of the East. Sich's Friulano contains all the typical refinement of the white wines that originates in these areas. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled steel vats. The must remains on the fine lees for a period of between 4 and 6 months, with frequent batonnages.
This Friulano has a straw yellow colour. It is delicate but rich in the nose, expressing citrus tones with a pleasant mineral background. In the mouth it is round and captivating. We suggest serving it at 10-12 °C.
