Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé Millesimato Santa Lucia
Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé Millesimato is a Traditional Method sparkling wine produced by Santa Lucia winery in Franciacorta and it is obtained from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Nero grapes all harvested in a single vintage. After careful manual harvesting, the grapes are moved to the cellar for soft pressing and subsequent fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. The base grapes which are harvested from the different vineyards are vinified separately and then carefully assembled to create the Cuvée. The wine is refined on the lees in bottles for a minimum period of 30 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15 °C.
Bright straw yellow color and fine and creamy perlage. Notes of peach and hazelnut flowers, follow each other on a soft and warm base. Elengante and wide on the palate, excellent flavor that structures and lengthens the finish. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 8-10 ° C.
