Rocca Sveva Valpolicella DOC Superiore
Rocca Sveva Valpolicella Superiore DOC produced by Cantina di Soave is a red wine made from Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes grown in the Valpolicella DOC area. After a manual harvest, the grapes are left to macerate for about 15 days. It follows pressing and maturation in large oak barrels for at least 10 months. The wine completes its refinement in the bottle.
Bright ruby red colour with an intense fruity scent with hints of red and black cherry fruit. On the palate it is of good structure and persistence, with a consistent and elegant tannin. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
