Palás Barbera d'Asti DOCG
Palás Barbera d'Asti DOCG is a Barbera red wine produced by Michele Chiarlo winery. The grapes are subjected to red vinification in steel tanks, with 10 days of maceration in contact with the skins and soft wetting of the cap with the "shower" system, at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Intense ruby red colour with bright violet undertones. On the nose, fruity aromas and notes of red fruits. In the mouth it tastes great freshness, excellent taste and cleanliness. Fragrant drinkability. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
