Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Le Rive di Ogliano Prosecco sparkling wine by Masottina offers one of the most intense and refined glass of bubbles in Valdobbiadene. It's that Prosecco you've always wanted to taste, as it's sumptuous, linear, essential as well as satisfying and sublime. Glera grapes are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. After a first fermentation at controlled temperatures by selected yeasts, the second fermentation takes place at low temperature in autoclave. The wine completes its aging in bottle for about 1 month.


This Prosecco has a straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and fruity, full of notes of apple, cedar, lemon and pink grapefruit. Scents of wisteria in bloom and acacia stand out. Extraordinary balance between the olfactory and tasting aromas, characterized by scents of citrus, Japanese mandarin, medlar. Elegant residual sugar that enhances its pleasantness. Fresh and aromatic aftertaste. It's soft and well-balanced, with an incredibly fine, creamy and persistent perlage. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C.

In offers its best in combination with raw fish, first courses based on seafood, as well as soft cheese, such as whole wheat bread crouton with stracchino cream cheese, walnuts and honey.
