Valdobbiadene-Conegliano Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut by Masottina is the symbol of the intimate bond that exists between the hand of man and the hills of the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The Dal Bianco family's winemaking art is perfectly represented by this label, a concrete proof of the high-quality and prestige of Masottina wines. This sparkling wine is made from Glera grapes, harvested between August and September. The first fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts. This is followed by a low temperature second fermentation in autoclave, with final refinement in the bottle for about 1 month.


This Prosecco is rightly evanescent, with a fine and persistent perlage and a straw yellow colour with greenish undertones. The nose is gentle and elegant, with clear and pure aromas, expressing notes of grapes, Golden apple, cedar and pink grapefruit, then more mature notes of pear, plum, white melon and an unexpected wisteria and orange blossom in the background. Soft and silky, it brings to mind the freshness of the freshly picked fruits. Good balance between acidity and softness that makes you enjoy an exhilarating aromatic fullness. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
